It has been a while since I posted pictures that I actually took!! But here are a few pictures - you can definitely tell what it is like to be at the Gordon household for a day...

This was hysterical! Brant was TRYING to do laundry! But Devyn was knocking over all of his folded clothes and laughing her little butt off! And she was crawling into his basket and then pushing it around the house.

Devyn's new thing is to pick stuff up and bring it to me!! She has turned into such a little helper!! I get piles of rocks, shoes, books, basically anything that she can carry to me!! Here she is on her way to me - she has sunglasses this time.

Natalie just sent me these pictures! I had to post them because they immediately made me smile!! Devyn LOVES this baby swing! She kept walking over to it (it was behind the couch and in the corner) and playing with it. So I brought it out just to see what she would do. She LOVES to play on it, stand on it, climb into it, swing on - she LOVES it!! Here she is being her crazy little self.

Happy Memorial Day!!

Happy Memorial Day - it was SO nice to have a long weekend and not have to worry about work or school!!!

My parents came down for dinner on Saturday night. I am pretty sure our time at restaurants is about over!! Devyn can NOT sit still and does nothing but scream and throw her food on the ground. Here are a few pictures from our time out at Uncle Julio's - the ONLY restaurant in the city that I feel comfortable taking her too! ONLY because it is so big and so loud that no one can hear my child! I have a gazillion more pics to put up but I haven't downloaded them! Here are some from my mom on Saturday.

Corn on the Cobb -

I decided to ditch class last night and stay home with Devyn and Brant. We grilled out and made corn on the cobb!! I wanted to let Devyn try it and she didn't really get it at first! She actually bent down and started eating the corn... It was one of the funniest things I have ever seen. She actually does this a lot with her food. Maybe she can shovel more in this way? Who knows...


Now we are starting to understand....

I think we got it... well sort of.

Saturday night with Baba and Papa!

Brant was gone this weekend at a wedding in Maryland and I had a 30th surprise bday party so my parents took Devyn for the night on Saturday night!! Looks like Devyn had so much fun!!

Here Devyn is with Drew! He really is warming up to her! He is honestly the funniest kid EVER!! Everything he says makes me laugh! He told me today that the upstairs of his house has a lot of room but not enough room for Devyn!!

Devyn's new thing is to take a cell phone and walk away from the group, put the phone up to her ear, and start talking and laughing into the phone. It might be one of the funniest things I have ever seen.

First Date?!!

How adorable is this?!! Natalie took Jacob and Devyn on a walk today - they look like they are on a romantic date!! They really are like an old married couple!!

Last pic from the big birthday weekend!! I LOVE the dress that Devyn wore for her baptism! It was a little too big on her but she still looked adorable. Unfortunately the dress is now pink because I washed it with a red shirt! But hey she looks pretty cute in pink!!

I can't believe a year ago today Devyn was born!! And I can't believe how Brant told everyone how exhausting labor was???

We had little D baptized yesterday and then had family over for a few drinks and birthday cake!! It was so much fun and Devyn got lots of fun presents!! Here are some pictures from the weekend.
